About Hannah
Hannah Montemayor moved to Austin from Vancouver, Canada 4 years ago. Since then, she has found herself with a successful career in real estate, a construction company, a wonderful husband and two french bulldogs. Hannah previously worked as an Operations Manager for a Venture Capitalist firm, and upon moving to Texas, found herself working as an EA for a commercial real estate company. This work experience led her to her first venture into Real Estate: investing in it. After her first successful investment, she realized how exhilarating Real Estate could be and raced to get her license. By the time Hannah and her husband were on their third property, they started their own construction business, in which Hannah does all of the property design work. Fast forward three years, and they have successfully renovated 18 properties! This gives her a unique edge, as she's personally owned in many of Austin's most popular zip codes.
Hannah strives to convey the passion she has for making a smart investment to everyone interested. She also loves to provide guidance on design decisions, whether it be to maximize value, or to achieve the custom space of your dreams. In her off time, Hannah practices sound healing and loves to spend time in nature.
