Kate Wilkins was our Realtor® for our purchase transaction in Carnelian Bay about 18 months ago. We were more than pleased with every aspect of her assistance throughout the searching and escrow periods, and are happy to say that we have maintained friendly warm contact since close of escrow. Kate worked with us to find a selling agent on the Nevada side for our old place, and patiently previewed and showed us several potential condos and houses to consider for our purchase. Bidding was competitive in the area we wanted, but Kate skillfully negotiated a successful contract. She carefully managed the timing and execution of all the inspections, being sure to get reports to us and help us work with the results. It is never easy to coordinate both the selling and purchasing ends simultaneously, but Kate proved to have the knowledge and skills to make this work for us.
