Having spent a great deal of time in New York and Miami, and now based in Los Angeles, Hans has garnered not only in-depth familiarity with these various cities, but also formed intricate relationships through his hospitality work. From collaborating with today’s most prestigious hospitality groups, such as Tao Group, SBE, H-Wood Group, and EMM Group, Hans worked to ensure that high-profile clients were catered to and entertained from securing difficult to get reservations, to orchestrating private events, and acting as an all around concierge.

In conjunction with his hospitality background, Hans designing numerous spaces himself, Hans’ talent for interior design quickly became evident, repeatedly being called upon by friends, family, and colleagues to put his designer touch on their various properties.

Naturally optimistic and persistent in achieving his client’s goals, transitioning into the sales world of real estate was the logical next step for Hans, who is eager to mix his years of service industry knowledge with the dynamic business understanding provided by Compass.
