"My wife and I were 1st time homebuyers. Luckily, we were introduced to Harmony through a colleague (Mary Przybylski) that is now an agent at the Harmony Hoefner Group. "Harmony is a dream to work with. My husband and I had been looking for a condo to purchase more than 3 years. It had been hard because we could not find the one we liked, there were always cash buyers for the ones we liked, etc...However, we could close a deal within 6 months since we met Harmony!! Actually, there was a cash buyer took the condo after we had made an offer, but they canceled the deal as they found a bigger size of a condo in the same building.
