"My wife and I were 1st time homebuyers. Luckily, we were introduced to Harmony through a colleague (Mary Przybylski) that is now an agent at the Harmony Hoefner Group. We really could not have wished for a better real estate agent and team to assist and guide us through the steps of the home buying process. Apart from being incredibly knowledgeable of the local market, easy to communicate with, they were all invested in our wants/needs, and always available.
From the very beginning, Harmony recommended several Lenders to meet that she had previous working relationships with. We connected very well with one of them, Dan Spitz, who was also a pleasure to work with. Just like Harmony, he was knowledgeable, kind, responsive and really worked at finding multiple options for our financing.
When it came time to put in an offer on our house, Harmony immediately established a relationship with the listing agent to make sure that the buyer specifically saw that we were serious and competitive, but would also be easy to work with and close without issue. Ours was not even the highest offer, but I believe that nudge from Harmony is why we were selected. We actually closed escrow 2 weeks early.
Harmony, Mary and Dan were all by our side from beginning to end! We really could not have been happier with everything they did for us!

"Harmony is a dream to work with. My husband and I had been looking for a condo to purchase more than 3 years. It had been hard because we could not find the one we liked, there were always cash buyers for the ones we liked, etc...However, we could close a deal within 6 months since we met Harmony!! Actually, there was a cash buyer took the condo after we had made an offer, but they cancelled the deal as they found bigger size of condo in the same building. Because Harmony worked so quickly and negotiated with the seller, we could make an offer again before other buyers do and could purchase the dream condo we had been looking for.
Harmony was a great communicator throughout the entire process, always available to answer questions we had, and made sure to keep us updated on how things were progressing. Also, she introduced us all the teams we needed such as house investigation services, mortgage company, insurance agent, escrow agent and whenever we had concerns or questions, she was more than happy to contact them on behalf of us and solve them.
