Goodbye 2020 . . . Hello 2021!

2020 had to be one of the most challenging years for all. However, my team and I continued to move forward with a positive mindset and focused on our goals and finished 2020 with another record of accomplishment.

I have continued to sell more Emerald Bay property than any other agent since 2011. With over $1 Billion in sales, I am again recognized as one of the top 10 agents in Laguna Beach and my team, the Harold Noriega Group was also recognized by REAL Trends as one of the top 100 real estate teams in California. Our expansion into the luxury and private residential communities along the coast continues to thrive. Most notable in 2020 was the record sale in Emerald Bay for the highest sale price on the Emerald Bay hillside at $10,000,000, representing both Buyer and Seller.

In 2020, every member of the Harold Noriega Group had his or her personal best year. Each worked so diligently and very hard that their success was well deserved. Congrats to Ann Ackerman, Caroline Hoffman and Michael Brinkley on a job well done!

In 2020, we were fortunate to bring on our newest team member Ashley Hyde. Ashley transitioned from Pacific Sotheby’s to our team in April of 2020. Ashley had a goal of $10,000,000 in sales for 2020. Ashley not only reached her goal but also exceeded it as 2020 came to an end. Congrats Ash!!

The outlook for 2021 looks promising. The economy is steady, interest rates are still low, demand is high and with inventory low, we are executing and transacting at the start of the year at a faster pace than ever before.

We want to thank all of clients, friends and people who supported us throughout the year. We could have never achieved success without you. We look forward to making 2021 another record year!
