Before real estate, Peter worked as a mortgage-backed securities broker, gaining
hands-on experience in financial analysis, housing market trends and client relationship
building. He thoroughly understands every aspect of real estate transactions, including
how they best succeed and what can lead them to fail.
Peter combines his exceptional financial know-how with a deep understanding of New
York City. Over his 12 years in Manhattan, he has called five different neighborhoods
