Hassan Culler

A California native living in NYC, Hassan Culler brings over 22 years of real estate experience to his role as Special Operations Manager for Team Carte Blanche. Nicknamed the “Swiss Army Knife” for his range of capabilities, Hassan deftly guides the team in exceeding goals, managing schedules, liaising with clients and partners, assisting with creative productions, and meeting deadlines. With experience across all facets of real estate, Hassan is the glue that holds Team Carte Blanche together and the oil that wheels the team forward.

Having grown up in LA among the city’s quintessentially beautiful architectural styles, Hassan developed a deep appreciation for architecture and design. This passion fueled Hassan’s interest in real estate and led him to graduate from California State Northridge with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. Prior to entering the world of real estate, Hassan worked in the fashion and hospitality industries taking on multi-faceted roles that utilized his skills in project management, accounting, and operations. These roles contributed to his exacting work ethic, refined customer service and communication skills, and detail-oriented mindset which he brings to Team Carte Blanche on a daily basis.

Hassan’s knowledge of real estate flows from one coast to another. He holds his real estate license in both California and New York and has helped clients buy and sell homes from Greenpoint, Brooklyn, to Los Feliz, C.A. As an agent, Hassan was praised for his ability to quickly adapt to new situations, his knowledge of the local market, and his tailored client approach, offering invaluable guidance and support throughout every step of a transaction. Now, as Manager of Special Ops at Team Carte Blanche, Hassan applies his skills and creativity to building, enhancing, and growing the business.

A self-taught entrepreneur, Hassan hones many creative passions outside of real estate including a deep appreciation for all things art—namely music, poetry, and photography—and a thirst for adrenaline, which he satisfies by hiking, snowboarding, and riding his motorcycle. Giving back to the community has always been important to Hassan and he recently became involved in the Alzheimer’s Association. Outside of work, you can find him checking out a new art gallery, listening to live music, and spending time in nature.
