It is only natural that Hayes’ passion for helping people has translated to serving buyers and sellers as a dedicated realtor with The Drewett Group. As an Austin native, Hayes wants everyone to enjoy the local neighborhoods, outdoor space and attractions as much as he does. With an innate ability for negotiating, Hayes skillfully guides both seasoned and first-time homebuyers through the process, while earning top-dollar for his sellers. Hayes genuinely enjoys meeting new people and finds great satisfaction in being a steady, straightforward resource as they undertake the home buying or selling process.   

Hayes believes in building trust by keeping his clients, past and present, informed and empowered to make the best possible choices. As part of that effort, he creates in-depth analytical reports that educate buyers on Austin's neighborhoods. Additionally, Hayes helps sellers keep tabs on the market in which they live and assessing the value of their homes and  surrounding properties.

Hayes has a major in Advertising and a minor in Business Administration from Texas State University. He successfully uses his background when marketing a property to show off a home’s full potential, and to stay in tune with the growth and development occurring throughout the city. When Hayes isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time on Lake Travis and Lake Austin or mountain biking his favorite trails.
