About Heather
Heather Bacon has spent the last two decades looking at Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe real estate from every possible angle. Whether she was serving as an integral project manager for the construction of 86 new homes or overseeing operations for local landmarks like the Tahoe Biltmore, Heather has always been "in the dirt" alongside her clients. This hands-on history gives her a rare "builder’s eye"—meaning when she walks a property with you, she isn’t just looking at the view; she’s identifying the structural value and navigating the nuances of TRPA entitlements and BMP compliance that others might miss.

Heather’s approach is a blend of deep-rooted local knowledge and high-level tech precision. Before real estate, she refined her strategic skills at Oracle and in software consulting, an experience that now allows her to provide her clients with a modern, data-driven edge. For those exploring a tax-advantage relocation to Nevada, Heather acts as a specialized guide, bridging the gap between high-level financial goals and the ground-level realities of Tahoe living.

A dedicated advocate for the region, Heather believes that protecting the land is just as important as selling it. She currently serves on the board of the Nevada Tahoe Conservation District, working on projects to preserve the lake’s clarity and improve community lands. Her past leadership spans the Lake Tahoe Federal Advisory Committee, the IVCBVB and Mktg boards, coaching AYSO, volunteering at school, and hosting the Father-Daughter Dance for Sierra Community House.

Heather’s clients value her for her honesty, her tireless work ethic, and her belief that strong networks bring the best value to every transaction. When she isn’t in "work mode," you’ll likely find her playing pickleball, hiking, hanging with family, creating pottery, or out on the boat. For Heather, the best part of the job is the closing—it’s helping people find their place in the community she has called home for over twenty years.
