Heather is a Broker Associate and leader of Tampa Luxury Homes. She lives and works in Tampa Bay. Heather grew up in Central Florida and graduated with a degree in Finance from UCF. From there, she worked in the banking industry in Charlotte and Dallas before she returned to her roots in Florida. During the time that she lived in Charlotte and Dallas, both of those cities experienced extreme growth and Heather developed a knack for identifying the neighborhoods that would be the next to jump in price and popularity. One of her passions is discovering areas of growth and exploring the changes in real estate, restaurants and other businesses in those areas.

Heather's deep roots in Central Florida mean that she has an extensive network that enables her to find rare opportunities for her clients, connecting buyers to sellers, sometimes off-market. Her pleasant but to-the-point demeanor makes her a breath of fresh air for clients and colleagues to work with. Her creativity, love for problem solving, and drive for solutions mean that she is always going to find a way to get the deal done.
