"Heather took a tour of our house and helped us figure out what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell. It wasn’t just do this, fix that, but rather a spreadsheet of options that helped figure out the return on investment. For example, she helped us decide on hardwood floors vs. new carpet by presenting the different costs for each, timelines, and how much more we could get on the asking price. Very thorough. While the repairs were being made, she worked hard on getting the word out that it was coming soon, generating interest. She told us that the house would sell really quickly. I did not believe her. The first two days it was on the market there were like 20 showings. We got 2 legit offers on the first day and 3 more on the second day. She helped us figure out which offer was best. I learned that it wasn’t just a matter of taking the highest price. She taught us that there are a lot more details to look at.
