Heather Cohen

Heather and her husband purchased a home in Columbia County in 2017 as a weekend and summer escape from New York City, which during the pandemic quickly became their full time residence. Heather’s love of Columbia County made it an easy transition, spending time at farmers markets, on the lake and discovering all the local places that make the area so unique. She wasn’t the only one, as her and husband’s Labradoodle, Orlie never looked back to city life and happily assumed the role of country dog.

With a passion for Real Estate, Heather recently decided to pursue a path in the industry. Prior to this endeavor Heather built a successful career as a Public Relations and Communications expert. Her background in brand building and communications and her real estate pursuit allows her the opportunity to combine her networking skills, her relationships and her exceptional client relations skills with her love of introducing new residents to the area.

Heather Cohen graduated from American University where she studied Public Communications.
