"Heather helped me find my dream home and she went above and beyond her duties as a Realtor!

She is extremely expedited in her response to phone calls and text messages. I contacted her last minute about showings multiple times and she continuously made all the efforts to accommodate me as the “buyer”. And she was so helpful in guiding me through purchasing my own solo-property.

When I had any concerns about property values, she made sure to do an assessment and produced a report about surrounding properties’ values, sale prices, and comps.

Heather is also well connected to everybody in the community and helped me find an amazing team of Home Inspectors, Financiers, Real Estate Lawyers, well as other specialists I needed in order to make my dream a reality.

Not only do I consider Heather an excellent professional, more importantly she is an outstanding human who wants to help individuals and families find properties that fit their needs and desires.

I wish I could give her a score of 100% because she is so much better than a 5 star rating system.

You will be beyond elated and at-ease to work with Heather Dacey!

Each of the towns between the Old Saybrook Bridge and the Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge (aka The Q Bridge) in New Haven has a unique "personality" but all of them share the privilege of miles of beaches along the Long Island Sound.

A native of RI (also home to miles of amazing beaches!), Heather graduated from the University of RI with a degree in elementary teaching,  Her detail oriented organization skills were honed in a 1st grade class room where being on top of the details was the difference between calm and chaos!  Her great communication skills and calm demeanor have led to many long term friendships with clients over the years.

Heather and her husband moved to Guilford 20+ years ago, raised their 3 sons here and still completely love it!  She takes pride in enriching the community by volunteering. She won the Community Service Award in 2016 and 2018 and served on the Board of Women and Family Life Center from 2016-2020. She enjoys sponsoring as many of the local clubs and organizations as she can including Men Who Cook, Limelite’s Girls for Girls, the Guilford Fund for Education’s Spelling Bee and Guilford Newcomers Club. In 2022, she started a charity through Women and Family Life Center called "PB to the Rescue" which raised $18,000 to help women and children in crisis.

When Heather is not working or volunteering, you can find her lounging at the pool with her family and 2 bulldogs, at the beach or reading a good book.
