Heather Foley is a licensed Realtor® and Certified Military Relocation Professional serving the Greater DC area with a smart, strategic, and refreshingly human approach to real estate. Known for being hardworking, loyal, and a little bit fearless when it comes to getting things done, Heather guides her clients through every step of the process — from renovation ideas, staging, pricing, and marketing to negotiations, problem-solving, and the finish line.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, business operations, and executive-level administration across the nonprofit and corporate sectors, Heather brings serious behind-the-scenes skill to every listing and purchase. She knows how to manage moving parts, keep people calm, create a plan, and make a home shine in all the right ways.

Heather is also deeply rooted in her community. She has been honored to serve on Executive Board Committees for Shepherd’s Table, the DC Diaper Bank, and Northwest Branch Pool, and previously served as Executive Director of Silver Spring Cares.

When she’s not helping clients make big moves, Heather is mom to three fabulous AuDHD kids, wrangling backyard chickens, digging in the garden, cooking something delicious, or finding joy in the beautiful chaos of everyday life. Her love of homes, people, community, and living well shows up in everything she does — with warmth, humor, honesty, and a whole lot of heart.
