Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2004 and a licensed Broker in 2019, Heather Ford has accumulated over $70 million in sales – the bulk of which have occurred since 2015, when she committed to making real estate her greatest priority. Working tirelessly to achieve her clients’ real estate goals, she has developed an intimate familiarity with the mid- to high-end Kaua`i market over the past 20 years. She is a Top Producer and in 2022 ranks among the top 6% of agents on Kaua`i in total sales, leveraging her experience, drive, and diligence for consistently smooth and successful closings. While Heather serves most areas on Kauai, she is currently the #1 realtor for a high end resort condominium development in Princeville and specializes in luxury property sales on the northshore.
