Heather Fordham is a Houston native and Founder of Hestia Global Services, a real asset investment platform designed to open access to thoughtfully vetted domestic and international real estate opportunities—built for long-term stewardship, not short-term speculation.

With more than two decades of experience spanning multi-family, brokerage, valuation, and investment strategy, Heather operates at the intersection of capital, community, and continuity. Her career began in Houston’s multi-family sector, where she advanced from leasing into acquisitions and sales, gaining a ground-level understanding of how real estate functions not just as housing—but as a foundational wealth-building system.

Over time, that perspective expanded into a broader advisory role. Today, she works with individuals, families, and investors to structure real estate strategies that are both financially sound and generationally intentional—bridging practical execution with long-term vision.

Heather holds multiple industry designations, including Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist – Guild, and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). She is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors and serves on the 2026 Global Advisory Group, supporting international collaboration and market insight.

Outside of her professional work, Heather remains deeply connected to Houston, where she has lived for over forty years, including long-standing ties to both The Heights and Cypress. She and her husband, Kevin, share a strong connection to community, family, and the outdoors, often accompanied by their two rescue dogs, Lola and Gypsy. Whether supporting local businesses, enjoying live music, or spending time along Houston’s bayous, she values spaces and experiences that bring people together.
