A Bay Area native and lifelong resident, Heather Green brings an authentic understanding of Silicon Valley’s communities, neighborhoods, and ever-evolving real estate market to every client relationship. Her thoughtful guidance, honest advice, and steady approach help buyers and sellers feel informed and supported from their first conversation through closing—and well beyond.

Heather is a founding partner of The Green Sullivan Group at Compass, where she works alongside principal agent Jen Sullivan and Operations Manager, Patti Smith. Together, the team combines extensive local knowledge, complementary expertise, and highly personalized service to create a seamless experience for clients throughout Silicon Valley. Heather is especially proud of the strong relationships the group builds with its clients—relationships grounded in trust, communication, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel at home.

Heather lives in Mountain View with her family and has deep personal and professional connections throughout the Peninsula. When she isn’t working with clients, she enjoys tennis, home design, and supporting her children in their many activities.
