Heather Hanlon

Heather has developed a well-rounded knowledge of real estate with experience as a top saleswoman, marketing consultant, transaction coordinator, and owner of a boutique vacation rental management company.  Her knowledge and skills in tactful negotiation, market trends and creative marketing help guide her clients in reaching their real estate goals.

Born and raised in Sonoma, Heather has an intimate knowledge of the community and has established a consummate network of professionals.  She believes partnering with the best yields the highest results for her clients.  She is well connected with the finest professionals in title/escrow, lenders, permit consultants, designers, architects, vineyard specialists, and contractors.  She is reputable amongst her clients and colleagues and has earned a loyal clientele due to her integrity, honesty, commitment, and diligence.

Heather graduated cum laude from the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC), and the University of Belgrano in Buenos Aires. While at UCSC, she joined the Santa Cruz Boat Club, earned dean’s Highest Honors, and participated in a study-abroad program in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is a devoted member of the community and belongs to the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, attends multiple fundraisers throughout the year and donates a portion of each of her sales to the Compass Community Fund. In her off time, Heather enjoys hiking, travel, reading and enjoying time with her husband Jacob, son Silas, and dog Scarlett.
