About Heather
Heather Hatfield’s career as a real estate agent began in 1998 and got off to a quick and successful start when she was recognized as Rookie of the Year in her first year. Heather later stepped away from resale for a time to take positions in two luxury high-rise buildings in the River Oaks area. She was Director of Sales and Marketing for 2727 Kirby and was also Leasing Director for Crimson during construction and lease up.
She has returned to being a full-time real estate agent and has been a consistent top producer ever since. With additional experience in escrow, marketing, construction, and development, Heather brings a balanced and broad perspective of the Houston real estate market to her clients. She has participated in many complex transactions at the very top of the Houston market and prides herself on her discretion, patience, tenacity, and perseverance.
Heather focuses along the I-10 corridor and specializes in the River Oaks area, Montrose, Rice Military, Sawyer Heights, Midtown, The Heights, Shady Acres, Tanglewood, Memorial, Spring Valley, Spring Branch, the Energy Corridor, and Katy. She also has extensive luxury high-rise condo experience having participated in transactions at 2727 Kirby, The Huntingdon, The Houstonian, Villa D’Este, Four Leaf Towers, Venti Condos, Regency House, Lamar Tower, Mosaic on Hermann Park, Metropolis Lofts, Gotham Lofts, and Renoir Lofts.
A graduate of The University of Texas, Heather grew up in Memorial and attended Stratford High School in Spring Branch ISD. She lived in Montrose for 25 years before moving to the Spring Valley area. When not working, Heather enjoys attending Astros games and spending time with her Bernese Mountain Dog Harris.
