About Heather

Heather Lipman, a Real Estate Agent with significant knowledge and market trends in the Roslyn//Great Neck areas. Born and raised in Great Neck, Heather currently resides in Roslyn and has for the past 27 years. She is intimately familiar with Roslyn and the surrounding areas. A graduate of SUNY Stony Brook, Heather successfully ran an outdoor equipment business in Manhattan for 30+ years, elevating the store’s status as the leading authority in outdoor recreational clothing and camping gear and gaining local and international recognition.

After successfully running the business for over 30 years, Heather, recognizing market timing and trends, sold the business and the building the business was based out of, and jumped into real estate with both feet. In 2018, Heather purchased a multi-family dwelling and since then, has been involved in every aspect of the real estate industry, including commercial and residential spaces, investment opportunities as well as attacking several complete home renovation projects.
