Heather McDonough, a founding partner of the H + H Real Estate Team at , over 19 years of real estate experience in the luxury market in Manhattan with a specialty in new development sales and marketing. Heather and her partner, Henry Hershkowitz, have collectively sold more than $1 billion in residential real estate in New York City and are consistently ranked in the top 1% nationally by the Wall Street Journal Real Trends and within the top 30 in NYC.
Heather is also the Founding Chairperson of the New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC), an organization established in 2018 by and residential real estate agents, that is focused on enhancing the consumer experience and elevating the status of the residential brokerage profession in New York City by encouraging innovation, transparency, ethics, advocacy, influence, best practices, education, collegiality and professional networking. In addition, Heather was honored to be elected by her peers in 2020 to serve as one of the very first agents on the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Residential Board of Directors.
Having worked alongside the most exclusive developers to create, market and sell cutting-edge properties at the maximum price, Heather draws from her new development skill-set strategic product positioning, innovative marketing, strong analytical analysis and expert negotiations to benefit her clients’ buying and selling needs. In addition to having created a robust resale business, some of her past new development projects include 15 William Street, Soho Mews and Related's esteemed 520 West 28th Street project by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid.
Heather been recognized her work in many local and national publications; including, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, New York Post and The Real Deal. Heather’s clients appreciate her natural and relaxed approach, which traces back to her Ohio roots. After graduating from The Ohio State University, she moved to South Florida where she received a Master's Degree at St. Thomas University and began her real estate career in the Miami market. Heather maintains her real estate license in Florida and assists her clients in Miami and the Hamptons when purchasing secondary homes.
