About Heather

Heather Montgomery is a real estate advisor with Compass in Charlotte, North Carolina. Growing up around real estate at Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia, she developed an early appreciation for how homes, land, and lifestyle all connectā€”an influence that still shapes her thoughtful approach today.

After graduating from Elon University, Heather began her real estate career and has spent the past 15 years helping clients navigate buying and selling in a city sheā€™s watched evolve and grow. She enjoys guiding people through every stage of the process, knowing that each move marks a new chapter. Known for her calm, steady guidance, Heather combines strong relationships with Compassā€™s innovative technology, data, and marketing tools to create a seamless and well-informed experience.

Heather also serves as Broker-in-Charge for Compassā€™s Carnegie office, where she enjoys collaborating with and supporting fellow agents. She lives in Charlotte with her husband, Brandon, and their two children, Caroline and Jackson. Family, community, and helping people feel confident in their decisions are at the heart of everything she does.
