This native of Syosset, New York, and graduate of New York University with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food studies, and public health, is a current resident of Boynton Beach. Heather has previously demonstrated her entrepreneurial acumen, helping her family launch and grow a New York-style bagel shop in Boca Raton, complementing an existing Delray Beach location. In addition to the gratification she feels from contributing to the success of a family business, Heather appreciates how the business in turn supports the community, offering regular gathering spots for local residents. Heather gets great joy from spending time with her young son, and living an active, outdoor lifestyle. She is a frequent visitor to area farmer’s markets and then can be found in the kitchen happily turning her fresh finds into creative cuisine.
