She participates in the overall analysis of investment real estate, either for acquisition purposes or as a service to the existing owners to be used in marketing or management programs. She is a licensed broker and a member of the Aspen Board of Realtors. She sat on the Board of Directors for ResortQuest, a vacation rental company for 3 years, and among the Board members she served with were the heads of Federal Express, Avis, Gaylord Entertainment, and the Promus Corporation.

In Aspen, she developed and built over 10 spec homes, a townhouse development, the Isis Theatre Complex, and the Gorsuch building into a high-end commercial retail and restaurant center. Her clients use her expertise to revitalize their high-end homes and rentals to make them more sale-able or rentable and give them more immediate sense of space and amenities.

Her real estate companies and during her time with Compass Real Estate have completed over a billion dollars in commercial and residential real estate sales and high-end vacation rentals. She prides herself in giving personal service on her listings and putting in the effort to get them sold. Her “in the trenches” experience with the luxury real estate market, development, design, and building, makes her the go-to expert for builders, developers, architects, buyers, and sellers. She understands the “Sense of Home”. She also has her own compass that she points at local charities that give back within the Aspen area upon completion of a sale or purchase. She has donated many thousands of dollars to organizations like the Buddy Program, Aspen Animal Shelter, Challenge Aspen, the Historic Society, and more to help programs continue to take care of our local communities.
