Heidi Scharlow

I am an individual Agent of Axis Haus, a dynamic real estate team at Compass. Although I am a member of this collaborative group, you will work solely with me throughout this process. I will be your trusted partner.

As a licensed realtor since 2019 and a member of the National Association of Realtors, I combine my many years of previous experience in the technology and event planning industries with my passion for real estate and helping others achieve their home ownership and sales goals. My mother was a realtor and I purchased my first house at age 21. Real estate has always been important to my life and path toward financial security.

I understand the importance of having a trusted partner to work with as we navigate the buying and selling process. For most people, their home isn’t just where life happens—it’s their largest financial investment. Buying and selling a home impacts long- term wealth, lifestyle, and security more than almost any other decision they’ll make.

I’ve lived here in the area for 23+ years and raised my two daughters here. I know our market and our community. When I’m not working in real estate, I am working on my home, caring for my two senior dogs and two cats. I love water activities, music, travel, FOOD and a great television series! I’m a down to earth, genuine person.
