Her rare combination of skills and stellar customer service led to her to a partnership with her husband Dominic deFazio at Dominic deFazio & Associates — a local real estate boutique they formed and successfully operated for ten years. After their firm partnered with Podly, Caughey & Doan and was eventually acquired by Coldwell Banker, Hem-young was a consistent member of Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Premiere Group and ranked in the top two percent of agents internationally during her 16 years with the real estate giant.
Hem-young and Dominic continue to be partners in business and life as they bring their dynamic collaboration, The deFazio Experience, to dpp real estate, where they serve as a partners and vital members of the dynamic and creative real estate company.
