Hem-young deFazio

Hem-young deFazio has represented buyers and sellers throughout Greater Pasadena since 1988, bringing decades of experience, deep local knowledge, and a thoughtful, highly personal approach to every transaction.

Together with her husband, Dominic deFazio, she built The deFazio Experience, a real estate practice that has represented clients in nearly 700 property sales over the years. Their work has ranged from individual homes and condominiums to significant multi-unit residential projects, giving Hem-young an unusually broad perspective on value, negotiation, preparation, and positioning.

Today, Hem-young works closely with buyers and sellers in Pasadena, South Pasadena, Altadena, La Cañada Flintridge, Sierra Madre, and the surrounding communities. She is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and is known for taking the time to understand what matters most to each client, whether that means finding the right neighborhood and home or presenting a property so buyers understand what makes it distinctive.
