Henry DeCherney

Born and raised in Alaska, I've always been drawn to the Pacific Northwest. After earning my degree from the University of Oregon, I planted roots in the Seattle area and never looked back. When I'm not helping clients find their perfect home, you'll find me out on a run, in the weight room, or on the mat training Muay Thai. That same drive and discipline I bring to my training, I bring to every transaction.

My background sets me apart in ways that go beyond a traditional real estate career. I've worked in escrow, condo management, and hospitality; and that combination gives me a deep, hands-on understanding of contracts, community living, property operations, and the art of taking care of people. I know how deals come together behind the scenes, and I use that knowledge every day to protect and advocate for my clients.

One of the things I'm most passionate about is education. For the past four years, I've been teaching home-buying classes because I believe an informed client is an empowered client.
