Henry Horn

Henry is the Founder of Henry Horn Group and Broker Associate with Compass, the largest real estate brokerage in the U.S. and #1 in national sales volume for two years in a row. Henry specializes in the Los Angeles Westside, Beverly Hills and the premier coastal communities of Southern California.

A Californian through and through, Henry has lived in Orange County, Los Angeles and Francisco for most of his life. Henry first ventured into real estate when he founded Horn & Co. in 2005, an independent brokerage that was one of the top firms representing international clients seeking to relocate or invest in California. He was also the creative mind behind SFHighrise, a popular digital magazine and lead marketing platform highlighting new condo developments in San Francisco.

In 2014, Henry resolved to pursue his ambition of being a global entrepreneur and effecting positive social change. Some of the ventures he either founded or invested in include a new American watch brand, an intellectual property firm based in Hong Kong, a retail company with a portfolio of global fashion brands, a franchise restaurant chain, and an e-commerce and fintech business. Henry has been the main driving force behind companies that have collectively provided hundreds of jobs.

While he fully embraced the opportunity to travel, live, and experience amazing adventures across the world, from Singapore to Switzerland, Henry eventually found his way back to his California roots. In 2020, he returned to settle in Los Angeles where he became a partner at a venture capital firm and his passion for real estate was also reignited.

He brings over 25 years of well-earned experience dealing with a wide range of global clientele - from top executives and entrepreneurs to international scions and celebrities. His invaluable expertise in branding, luxury marketing and worldwide trends, combined with a purpose-driven strategy and an unwavering attention to detail are some of the qualities buyers and sellers can expect from him. Henry approaches every real estate transaction with the energy, creativity, and relentless determination to achieve his clients goals and earn their trust and satisfaction.

In his personal time, Henry enjoys being with his family, dining out at one of the many fine eateries in Los Angeles, cycling through the beach cities or simply taking a relaxing drive along the coast. He defines his true success over the years as being able to offer growth-oriented opportunities and giving back to others. Henry has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco.
