Our group comes with 22 years as top agent, led by Linda Fibich and her newly added team of Macy Burton and Sarah Oates.

Linda Fibich:

Let us introduce you to our team leader, Linda Fibich. Linda has been a top agent for 21 years. Her past performance speaks for itself. Linda has managed 100’s of real estate transactions & has a long list of repeat clients. If you don’t know Linda, you will learn quickly after working with her, she is firm on ethics & has a great attention for detail. She fiercely advocates for her clients & makes certain no step is missed. Maybe it’s her East Coast edge as a Long Island native or just her motherly instincts from raising two children but this woman is one serious negotiator. When Linda isn’t out signing contracts she’s spending time with her 3 adorable granddaughters or gardening at home in Arroyo Grande.

Macy Burton:

Macy comes to us from the medical field originally, but she has been working in real estate for longer than even she realized. Macy has practiced full-time as a registered nurse since 2009, specializing in emergency care and education. On her off days, Macy started doing home renovations, completing her first home flip in 2013. Since that first flip, Macy has completed eight personal real estate transactions including a lot development and the owning and management of five, soon to be 6 short-term vacation rentals. Last year it became clear Macy had a real interest for real estate on the Central Coast and it was only natural for her to spend more time pursuing this passion and hang up her nursing cap. Macy admits she does miss her career and her colleagues from her time as a nurse but she feels many of the skills she has learned in her profession, she has taken with her. In nursing, the most important skill you can have is the ability to advocate for your patient. Your job is to protect them, educate them and keep them safe. Same goes for real estate, ultimately we are advocating for our clients, we educate, protect, and keep them safe during their transaction. We are so glad to have Macy join our team!

Sarah Oates:

Sarah comes to us via the corporate event planning, hospitality world. Being fairly new to this field Sarah comes with a lot of real estate experience. In truth, Sarah has tried to avoid real estate as a career but it just kept finding her, with her mom performing as a top agent REALTOR® for 21 years and her husband having a construction management/developer background, Sarah kept finding herself in the middle of real estate endeavors. From joining her mom on caravans to helping her husband design and plan a new build or renovation, Sarah’s been doing the business of real estate for quite some time. Sarah’s background in planning, contracts, client hospitality and coordination gives her a significant edge that our clients can appreciate. After seven personal real estate transactions including lot development and design build Sarah took the plunge in 2020 and has made real estate her full time career at Heritage Group. We’re so glad she did!
