"I inherited a condo in San Jose and had to go through Probate Court. It was a very stressful time for me and then Hernando Lovings came into the situation! He was recommended to me and Iām so glad I called him! He helped me problem-solve through many issues and problems and wonderfully resolved each one. "I could not have asked for a better realtor than Hernando Lovings. My husband and I had moved out of state, and after 34 years in our home in San Jose, we were finally ready to sell. Hernando was very patient and understood that it would take me a while to clear the house after over three decades and five children in residence. Hernando was also able to screen and facilitate the various inspectors and tradespeople that were necessary for the sale of our home.
