Hicham Elkerdoudi

Hicham Elkerdoudi started his Real Estate journey right after college and has developed a stellar reputation among his clients for his persistent follow through and persuasive negotiating skills that ensure smooth, seamless deals. What started strictly as a real estate brokerage career turned also into a very successful investment career as Hicham personally owns and operates close to $25M of incoming producing properties throughout New York state, notably in the Hamptons, NYC and upstate NY.

Hicham has done business with many ultra-high net worth investors from different parts of the world and has a very in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate market in both New York City and the Hamptons. He also relates well to a wide domestic client base in the New York area who has used his services for multiple purchases, investments and sales throughout the years. His finance-based approach to real estate has earned praise from his clients who are continuously referring him to their friends, colleagues and family.

Hicham splits his time between his house in East Hampton and his apartment in the Flatiron district. He enjoys socializing and networking on both a personal and professional level. He has traveled the world extensively, with a particular interest in Thailand which has become his yearly wellness trip where he practices the martial art of Muay Thai while he also enjoys CrossFit and Yoga.
