Real estate professional Hicham Elkerdoudi has a stellar reputation among his clients his persistent follow through and persuasive negotiating that ensure smooth, seamless deals. Hicham was born in New York to parents who were UN diplomats, then essentially grew up in Morocco where he attended French schools.
He has done business in Dubai and the Middle East having worked with multiple private investors and investment offices in the region. Fluent in English, Arabic and French, with a basic knowledge of Spanish, Hicham relates well to a wide domestic and global client base. He earned a BA degree in Marketing from Pace University and has extensive sales and business management experience. Hicham has long been intrigued by the power and promise of the NYC real estate market and its potential investing. He enjoys sharing his invaluable insight on neighborhoods, buildings and inventory with his clients, staying abreast of new income opportunities and ahead of his peers in quality service.
A former resident of Greenwich Village, Hicham presently calls Midtown East home. Hicham has traveled the world extensively, with a particular interest in Thailand being an active participate in Thai Boxing. His intense fitness routine also includes CrossFit and running when time allows.
