Hilary Baars

Houston born, Hilary Baars, has deep roots in the community.  She grew up in Braes Heights and has extensive knowledge of the central Houston area.  After graduating from St. Agnes Academy, she went on to receive a degree in Communications and Business Law from Fordham University in New York City.

Prior to her career in Real Estate, Hilary worked as an event producer for a leading Houston corporate event planning and marketing company for six years.  She became a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in 2020 and joined Compass in 2021.  Her strengths include a strong attention to detail, organization, follow through, and developing personal and professional relationships. 

Hilary has always had a strong interest in the Real Estate industry and her skill set makes her a strong candidate to be your Real Estate Agent.  Her professionalism will ensure that the transition to your new home will be stress-free and seamless.

Community involvement is one of Hilary’s top priorities.  She is a member of the Dress for Success Houston’s Women of Wardrobe steering committee, a Gate Leader for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Gatekeepers Committee, and a volunteer for the Emergency Aid Coalition.
