About Hilary

I began my Santa Barbara Journey in 2007 post graduating from Westlake High School. After acquiring an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from UCSB, I was unable to leave this beautiful town! Post university I started working in the events world as a Wedding Planner all over Santa Barbara and San Ynez Valley. Working in the events world allowed me to acquire skills that closely parallel real estate transactions. Attention to detail, financial guidance, navigating family and vendor dynamics, just to name a few! Ive happily been an agent for 5 years now and look forward to many more years.

Being a Santa Barbara resident for 15 years I have gained knowledge of the neighborhoods, activities , education and been a part of the day to day lifestyle of Santa Barbarians.
