Hilda Venson has been a dedicated real estate professional since 1998, when she launched her career with Latter & Blum and was honored as Rookie of the Year in her first year. Following Compass's acquisition of Latter & Blum in 2024, Hilda continues to serve clients with the same commitment and passion that have defined her decades-long career.
Before transitioning into real estate, Hilda managed Lerner of New York for 17 years, where she led a team of over 20 employees and gained invaluable leadership and customer service experience. Her background in retail management, combined with her long-standing industry expertise, makes her a trusted advisor to buyers and sellers alike.
Hilda is also a proud mother and grandmother, with one son and two cherished granddaughters.
