Prior to joining Compass, Hillary most recently served as Managing Broker of West Park Realty in Connecticut, where she oversaw transactions and guided clients through complex residential real estate decisions.

Before entering real estate, she owned and operated a successful retail business in downtown Denver, Colorado—experience that sharpened her business acumen, customer service focus, and entrepreneurial mindset. Hillary earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Colorado.
