She was completely honest and transparent with her feedback on the homes and neighborhoods we were considering, which I appreciated so much. She went above and beyond even after we secured our place. For example, she took it upon herself to research renters insurance rates for us, and when I was having trouble getting our utilities set up, she personally got the HOA and AT&T on the phone and jumped right in to help troubleshoot everything. Both of these things were completely outside the scope of her job, but that is just the kind of person she is.
