The HMBR 360° Team was formed by Lucie Holt, Yana Milanova, Casey Bickley and Ronnie Rosenberg with the goal of providing our clients with comprehensive guidance in all facets of real estate. With over three decades of industry experience ranging from working with buyers, sellers and investors to landlords and tenants, we truly are a full-service, 360 approach team. We specialize in all areas of real estate, "no project is too small or too big for us to tackle". Our aim is to provide the best possible service, making ourselves available in this fast pace, tech driven market, a hand-holding experience is available to all. Often, the HMBR team engages in strategic pre-marketing staging and renovations, making sure that the product they bring to market is in high demand. We have a portfolio of clients both domestic and international, drawing on the strength of our diverse backgrounds.
Lucie started her career in London, England in finance, the move to the New York area in the mid 1990's to work as a realtor was a natural transition. Throughout her real estate career, she has received numerous awards such as Top 10 producer, highest earner, most closed sales and most referred agent. Whether renting your first apartment or purchasing an ultra-luxury home, Lucie is your dedicated advocate and a top-notch advisor who will help you achieve your unique goals. Her own goal is to become a client's broker for life, as your repeat business and referrals are truly her greatest reward.
Yana transitioned to real estate ten years ago, after working as a founding partner of a boutique marketing agency. She has become a trusted real estate advisor for her many repeat clients, who she guides patiently and diligently. She is a consummate professional who takes every measure to provide honest advice, relevant information, and smart choices.
Ronnie came to real estate after a successful career as an in-house attorney for a large multinational. She has been active in the market herself over the past 20 years, having bought, sold, rented and renovated two lofts in Tribeca and consulted on purchases for out of town clients, while continuing her law career. Her transition to real estate full time is a testament to how focused and passionate she is about the New York City real estate market.
Casey served as an Officer in the United States Army after graduating from West Point and later worked in the luxury retail industry, where he developed an extensive network of individuals, from a multitude of industries, throughout New York City and abroad. Having fallen in love with New York City's architecture and city streets long before he arrived, Casey opted to get his real estate license in 2012 so that he could, for starters, help his existing retail clients find their dream homes. It's no surprise, then, that he made immediate headway, transitioning from the world of luxury retail to that of luxury Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate.
