Kristen Flavin
Operations Manager
Growing up in the diverse city of Houston, Kristen has always had an appreciation for the charm and character of its many unique neighborhoods. Through an eagerness to explore the city, she moved around to various areas of Houston including Downtown, Museum District, and The Galleria Area, before landing in the Heights.
Throughout her college career, Kristen worked in high-rise management and soon after started a job as a project manager for a website development company. Kristen’s experience in managing digital assets for companies across the country prepared her to handle unknown complexities.
Kristen and Holley began working together in 2015. In October of 2019, she made the switch to Compass, taking on the assistant role to Holley. Her experience with marketing and high-rise management allows Kristen to handle unknown complexities, a skill she utilizes in real estate transactions. She received her real estate license in 2015 and held the position of Marketing Coordinator at another prominent real estate company in Houston. Kristen works well with any given timeline and is always accessible to clients.
In her spare time, Kristen enjoys cooking, traveling, being outdoors, and most importantly, spending time with her family and friends.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys running and spending quality time with her husband, Jeep, and their three children, Wells, Maggie, and Nash. Her balanced approach to career and family life allows her to connect personally with clients, understanding their needs and aspirations.
