Holly Baxter

Born and raised across the pond in Scotland, Holly attended Purdue University and graduated in 2019 with a BA in Hospitality Management and a minor in Marketing and made the move to Music City. She has since thrown herself into her real estate career, starting as a leasing agent and is now an established Realtor, ranking in the top 1% of Nashville agents by Real Producers and achieving the Platinum award in 2024 & Diamond Award in 2025 from the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. Holly loves to work with sellers and buyers alike and gives 110% to everyone she meets. She has vast experience in customer service and loves to work with people and as part of a team. She is truly passionate about real estate in Nashville and makes a conscious effort to get to know her clients on a personal level and maintain relationships even after the deal is done!

Holly lives in Brentwood with her husband, and two dogs, Roman and Peach, and when she is not showing homes or surfing the MLS, she enjoys spending time outside and with friends, doing DIY projects around her own home and travelling with her husband and family. She and her husband also welcomed their first baby in February of 2025.
