A Napa Valley native, Julie Larsen is a tenacious, diligent, and trusted Broker Associate who combines more than three decades of real estate expertise with her construction background and passion for wine to serve homebuyers and sellers in Napa and the surrounding counties. After earning her degree in Construction Management from the University of California, Davis, Julie worked at Andrews & Thornley Construction, a respected builder of some of Napa Valley’s premier wineries, hotels, and professional sports training facilities. She transitioned into real estate in 1995 to work more personally with clients and later earned a degree in Viticulture to support the needs of vineyard estate owners.

A lifelong equestrian and former Border Collie breeder, Julie is passionate about nature, animals, and adventure. She owns and manages a historic short-term rental in Downieville, nestled in the heart of Sierra County—a mountain town beloved for its epic biking trails and serene setting. Julie is also a two-time ovarian cancer survivor, a testament to her strength and perseverance.

Family is the heart of Julie’s world. She cherishes her blended family of four grown children, four grandchildren, 3 grand pups—and loves spending her downtime exploring the beauty of Northern California with her husband, Brian.
