Holly walked us through each step, kept us informed, and treated each party with kindness and respect. Holly genuinely loves people and wants everyone to have a home in which they're happy. She wants both buyers and sellers (whether she's representing them or not) to walk away with a transaction they feel good about.
Holly listens and pays attention. She remembered us telling a story about the last Christmas in our mother's house. All of the kids and grandkids were there, and the floor was awash in crumbled wrapping paper and toys. On the day of our closing (in August), we opened the conference room door to twinkling lights, homemade Christmas cookies, gifts on the table, and gift wrap on the floor. Holly wanted us to have one more joyful memory. She gave each of us a cardinal (our mom's favorite bird and a sign that she's always with us.)
