Holly Kranz

Holly Kranz is a Realtor® Associate specializing with both buyers and sellers with an interest in residential properties, specifically in the Hudson County area. Holly is a member of the Hudson County MLS and the Liberty Board of Realtors®. She will be joining Team Francesco in the Hoboken Office. For almost two decades, Team Francesco has been recognized as an industry leader, achieving membership in the New Jersey Association of Realtors®' prestigious Platinum Level Circle of Excellence for many consecutive years, and by the Wall Street Journal or Real Trends as a sales leader in closed sales volume, ranking in the top 100 Most Influential Realtors®, and in the top1% of Realtors®, both in the US and Internationally.

Holly has always been passionate about creative design, entrepreneurship, and planning events. After many years in corporate, she chose real estate so that she can be her own boss, where she can combine her current skill sets + passions with continued education, and where success is directly correlated to how hard she is willing to work. Holly’s personal passion for home design or interior decorating led to her pursuit of real estate, which she plans to implement in the staging process for future listings.

Her background in recruitment set her up for success as a Realtor®. Specifically, using all tools and resources available to her to get creative in sourcing candidates to join a company, implementing negotiation tactics in the offer process, hand-holding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring a seamless transition. All of this, coupled with Holly’s competitive nature and drive to succeed can be applied back to real estate. Holly has a bachelor’s degree in Communications and enjoys home design and exploring new neighborhoods with her Husband and their 3-year-old English Bulldog, Sully. Her husband is a first responder, and they also enjoy volunteering with the PBA or Officer programs.
