"Most of us hear about “the housing market” in terms of good or bad for buyers/sellers, and most of us don’t really know what that means until we’re in it. For my family, we knew we wanted to buy but never really knew when the right time was. Thankfully, we had Holly! In October we reached out to her and that first weekend we saw the first 3 houses. She guided us through each home like she’d live in it herself… then ~15 more times in the first 3 weeks. 2 offers, 2 lawyers, 2 weeks of attorney review, and too many meme worthy moments later, we got our offer accepted!!— Unfortunately, though, by probably the least responsive sellers ever.
