Yes, Holly actually enjoys negotiating – and is great at it. She has been a Realtor® since 2003 and has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer since then. Holly prides herself on being a strong negotiator but also on being very resourceful during a transaction. Each purchase and sale is unique, and each has unique hurdles to overcome. Holly’s goal is to make each transaction smooth for her clients – so if there ever was a hiccup, they wouldn’t even know it because she’d get the problem fixed before it burdened her client with added stress. Her resourcefulness and fresh ideas have helped her make even the most difficult of deals come together as victories for both parties, and her unique marketing ideas have helped sell many unique properties for prices sellers have rejoiced over. Holly’s passion is to help folks create true wealth through real estate. She doesn’t tell every potential seller to sell, nor does she tell every potential buyer to buy. She listens on a case-by-case basis, and then she advises in the best interest of the client. One should be able to leverage the power of creating wealth without having to always physically work for our money. Holly graduated from LSU in 1998 with a degree in Mass Communications/Advertising with minors in marketing and psychology. Within two weeks of graduation, Holly fulfilled her dream of moving to Boston -- and didn't even know a soul when she moved there. The gorgeous city boasted a highly sought-after advertising agency, Arnold, and Holly worked there in the New Business Department. She moved to Austin in the early 2000s and obtained her Real Estate license in 2003 and her Broker's license in 2018. She still adores this business and even studies real estate data in her spare time. Her passion is connecting people personally and professionally. She loves networking (and started a networking group) and sponsors many charity events and community events to get people connected. She is married to a very patient husband and has two savvy, smart, and hilarious daughters.
