About Holly
Holly Meyer Lucas leads one of the nation's top producing luxury real estate teams - the Meyer Lucas Team. In 2017, she was Palm Beach County's Founding Principal for Compass, and is widely recognized as an industry leader within the Sports and Entertainment real estate space.
Having sold dozens of homes to professional athletes in the Jupiter and Palm Beach area of South Florida, Holly and her team are known locally for her leadership of the award winning “Meyer Lucas Team” and as an active thought leader in the real estate industry as a whole.
Based in Jupiter, Florida, the Meyer Lucas Team sells on average $100m annually under Holly’s direction and consists of 20+ luxury real estate professionals with a wealth of luxury real estate experience and expertise. Known for her high-energy and sharp business acumen, Holly quickly emerged as a rising star in the real estate landscape, having represented over 100 professional athletes and coaches from all corners of Sports & Entertainment, including the MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, and PGA.
Holly and her team work with luxury homebuyers and sellers, with the majority of their clients coming from referrals from past clients and from within Holly’s deep network of top brokers across the country, sports agents, financial advisors, wealth managers, family offices, and business managers. She is a founding member of the Compass Sports & Entertainment Division, in addition to a wide range of other national resources in the luxury real estate industry, giving her a dynamic reach when finding her buyers their dream homes and selling her clients’ homes for top dollar.
As the wife of a former professional baseball player and current Major League Baseball coach (Ed Lucas), Holly has an intimate understanding of the high stakes and quick turnarounds needed for professional athletes in the Jupiter and Palm Beach area and is often featured on local and national news media outlets discussing best practices when working with athletes and entertainers and various real estate related news stories.
The inspiration for Holly to start her real estate business came from her personal experience of moving dozens of times for her husband’s career playing professional baseball. Holly perfected her skills for finding homes for herself and fellow baseball wives and utilizes her ability to find the perfect needle-in-a-haystack home for her clients to this day.
As a tech-savvy marketer, Holly ensures that her clients’ homes have a strategic online presence through targeted social media and website placement and the consistent monitoring of web traffic and analytics. While Holly’s personal focus is on the luxury market in the Jupiter, Palm Beach, and Treasure Coast areas, she and her team will assist clientele ranging from first-time homebuyers to those searching for the ultimate waterfront luxury estate.
Holly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in German Literature and Business from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Originally from Munich, Germany, Holly has lived in many places before settling with her husband and two boys in Jupiter. She is the founder of a non-profit called Cupboard Clean Out for Kids, which has donated thousands of unopened, unused, non-perishable food items back to the Jupiter community over the years. In addition to running a successful business and her community leadership, Holly also maintains an active lifestyle through her participation in an adult soccer league, running an occasional marathon and skiing. She is fluent in English and German.
In addition to leading the Meyer Lucas Real Estate Team, Holly is a serial entrepreneur with a portfolio of other businesses including the creative agency and branding firm, Hype Boss, professional podcast studio, PodPlus Studios, an event space called The Mother Ship, a podcast CRM platform called Podcast Brilliance, and a Chief-of-Staff placement company called The Chief Code.
