Holly Neumaier - Your Friendly Real Estate Agent in Middle Tennessee
I’m Holly, and while I originally hail from SW Oklahoma, Nashville has stolen my heart. I’m a big fan of live music and the great outdoors, and Nashville delivers on both fronts. When my children and I moved here, we jumped right into the music scene and started exploring all the amazing hiking spots in and around town. Plus, I love cooking and discovering all the tasty local restaurants.
I moved to Nashville in 1997 when the company I worked for in Lawton, Oklahoma, was purchased by a healthcare firm based here. That job allowed me travel extensively, meet and work with fantastic people, and to aide in providing health services to thousands of individuals in the corporate world.
After 20 years in the corporate world, I was ready for something new but still wanted to help people. Inspired by my dad, who was into commercial contracting and property investment, I decided to dive into real estate. It was the perfect way to mix my passion for helping others with my love for properties.
I started out by renovating homes to flip and buying properties to hold. Not long after, I obtained my real estate license, which I’ve held for 13 years now. I began by working mostly with investors, using my background in finance and accounting to really add value. Over time, I’ve also started working with people looking to buy or sell their homes, while still helping investors. I absolutely love this area and enjoy showing folks the amazing homes here as well all Nashville has to offer, whether you’re looking to live in one or invest.
I bring a combination of corporate experience and a personal touch to my real estate work. My background gives me great client service skills, strategic insights, and a solid understanding of the Nashville market.
