Prior to relocating to Tennessee, she sold over 50 custom homes in Virginia—guiding clients from initial concept and design through to completed construction. With a foundation in construction, interior design, and new construction sales, Holly doesn’t just list homes—she positions them to sell. As a graduate of Top Gun Academy with a Residential Staging certification, she specializes in preparing homes to stand out through thoughtful design, targeted improvements, and high-impact marketing. Originally from California, Holly made the move to Middle Tennessee nearly two decades ago and has since become a trusted resource for both local clients and out-of-state buyers relocating to the area.
